I have compiled the following list of  frequently asked questions and answers. If you have any questions that I have not covered below, please do not hesitate to contact me:

General wedding stationery Questions:

When do we send out the invitations? -Most people send their wedding invites at least two or three months before the wedding date, but definitely no later than six weeks, to allow time for people to reply. If you're wedding is planned near christmas, bank holiday or peak holiday season, I recommend you send out your invitations earlier, so guests have time to book hotels etc. To be totally sure, sending out 'Save the Date 'card is a great idea. This encourages people pencil it into their diaries.

What information do I need to put on my wedding invitations?-Remember your guests need to know a bit more information than the date and time of the wedding so remember to include the following information:

Directions and maps- Some people may be traveling from out of town, so a map to both church and the reception venue would be useful.

Accommodation details- A selection of alternative  hotels and B&B's to cover all budgets for your guests.

Gift list information- Stating where and how they can access your gift list or wishes.

RSVP- This will ensure that you get a quick reply, helping you get on with the planning.

Is there a minimum order?-There is a minimum order of 20 for, 'Save the Date,' day and evening invitations, order of service and Thank You cards.

How do we place an order?-Once you have selected your chosen design, send me an email or alternatively give me a call. I will take all your details, specifications and get things going. Then a payment of a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking

What happens after we have placed an order? -Upon receiving your order, I will begin incorporating your information into the design of your choice. I also make any custom changes that you desire at this point. Changing colours of design & ribbons for example. When the samples have been customised, I will send you a proof via email. You will review the proof, and either tell me of any changes or adjustments or give me the go ahead. Then the remaining balance is payable on return of your proofs. If you wish to order stationery in stages, then you will be sent separate invoices stating the quantities & total costs. After receiving your approval and payment each invitation will be hand-finished to your requirements.

How much is the delivery charge?-Delivery charges are depending on the weight of the order. Orders will be delivered by royal mail special delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

How long will my delivery take?-I aim to deliver your order within 2-6 weeks from receipt of the approved final proofs. Delivery dates will be given once the order have been placed.

Questions about the stationery:

Can we get samples of the wedding stationery?- Yes. If you would like to see a sample of a design please state the design name/number & contact me via my sample request page. Samples take up to 14 days, with no obligation to order

Do we need envelopes?-All stationery is supplied with white or cream envelopes. Other colours available on request

Can we change the colour of the design?- All the designs can be changed to any colour you chose.

Do we have to order all our wedding stationery at the same time?- No you can order your stationery in two stages. Firstly 'Save the Date, and day and night invitations. Then secondly later for 'Order of service' and reception items. This will give you more time to finalise the details.

Can you supply the invitations, order of service etc without printed inserts?- Yes. I can supply stationery without printed inserts, so you can finalise details yourselves.

I am planning a last minute wedding, can you help? - I appreciate sometimes things do get left to the last minute and I will do my best to help. If you email me your time scale, I will let you know if it is possible.
